About the Authors

Steven
Driscoll resides in Spokane, Washington and provides live and online
training to mortgage professionals. Since entering the mortgage lending
business, in 1995, he has been a mortgage branch manager, Loss
Mitigation Consultant, and has given live and online presentations to
mortgage professionals. Prior to mortgage lending, he was an internal
consultant for banks and savings and loans in the San Francisco and San
Diego, California areas where he gave training seminars on operations
analysis and productivity improvement. He previously worked for one of
the largest loss mitigation companies in Arizona and currently works for
a loss mitigation company headquartered in Sacramento, California. He
received his Bachelors of Science degree, from San Francisco State
University in Banking, and MBA in Organizational Development, from
National University in San Diego, California. He is also the author of six training and informative books:

Donald
Hubbard lives in Sacramento, California and is C.E.O. of United
Mortgage Solutions (“United”), a Mortgage and Loss Mitigation Company
based in Fair Oaks, California. Under his leadership United has grown to
hundreds of agents and serves communities in over a dozen states.
Don
achieved his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management while
working full-time for Intel Corporation. He attributes much of his
success to Intel. After completing his Business Management degree he
attended law school.
As
C.E.O. of United Don also actively participates in numerous charities
and social organizations. Under his leadership and encouragement United
personnel also participate in various charities and have active internal
programs for the less fortunate. Currently, every transaction with
United results in a portion of the proceeds being donated to a charity
of choice.
Don
and the United attorneys have personally assisted property owners in
the more complicated cases. He is an expert in real property
specializing in speculation and acquisition. He now uses his years of
experience and his expertise to protect homeowners and commercial
property owners. Don is an avid reader who also enjoys skydiving, scuba
diving, barbequing and just “hanging out” with friends and family.
